Oakland Rising

New, 2 comments

Oakland's City Center may soon get a new residential high-rise with nearly 200 units. Arquitectonica, the firm responsible for flashy new San Francisco buildings like Lumina and Linea, is on board to design. Developer Strada Investment Group is leading the project and currently planning a 250-room hotel alongside the new housing, although they may also consider an office building for the site.
