HotPads has ranked the top 20 cities with the highest percentage of bike commuters, and 3 of the top 10 are in California. San Francisco comes in fifth (behind admittedly flatter places like Portland and Seattle), trailed by Oakland in eighth place and Sacramento in ninth (shoutout to Fresno for bringing up the caboose in the No. 20 spot).
