The very big, very shiny new condo building Lumina in South Beach is getting ready to open its sales office, and realtors have clients "chomping at the bit" to buy in. With 656 units, Lumina will be one of the largest condo buildings in the city, and amenities range from a gym with a climbing wall to a 75-foot pool and spa. Pricing hasn't been released yet, but realtor Matt Fuller of Zephyr Real Estate has been telling clients to expect $1,700 to $2,300 per square foot. [SF Business Times]
