Does This $5.495M Royal Towers Pad Have SF's Priciest Bidet?

San Francisco's 22nd most expensive home just got a wee bit cheaper. Unit 1003 at the Royal Towers in Russian Hill is actually two units combined—the southeast and the southwest corner units—making for some big views. The 3-bed, 3-bath, 3-parking-space condo hit the market in June asking $5.995M, and took a week-long vacay around midsummer after not finding a buyer. It reappeared in July with the same ask, and just today chopped its price by $500K, landing at $5.495M, and scooting right off the list of the city's most expensive homes.
The place is decked out with ornately framed oil paintings, well-marbled bathrooms, and one of the larger starburst mirrors we've seen. There's a pink-marble bathroom that looks like a ladies lounge at Saks, and another bath that comes with a bidet, which is even rarer, plumbing-wise. Number 1003 at the Royal Towers may no longer keep company with the city's top 25 most expensive homes, but this is still one of the priciest bidets we've encountered. So there's that.
