When we told you about the 182 new townhomes on their way to Lake Merced, we didn't yet have pricing details, but we assumed that they would be pretty expensive. Several of the development's options have landed on the MLS today, and all easily clear the $1 million mark. The cheapest is a 1,548-square-foot three-bedroom at $1.15 million, while the priciest is a roomy 2,001-square-footer that also has three bedrooms and is asking $1.585 million. Although the homes don't come cheap, their per-square prices are all under $800, which makes them better value for space than most of the city's other new developments.
