Rich vs. Richer

A tenant eviction battle has hit one of the city's fanciest residential buildings, Nob Hill's Park Lane. Flynn Investments bought the building back in 2011 and, after $20 million in renovations, is selling units as very pricey TICs that start at the $2 million mark. Ten remaining rental tenants have been ordered out by October 24, but are fighting the eviction on the grounds that they are owed compensation for their move under new laws that went into effect on June 1.
