Flipper Fail

New, 1 comment

The first flip at the new Linea condo building has failed to find a buyer and has lowered its ask by $10K. The two-bedroom condo sold for $1.195 million at the end of April and relisted for $1.375 million in June. It's now down to $1.365 million, a dip that is unsurprising considering that there are still some units in the building that haven't even sold once yet. [Pacific Union; previously]
