Rental prices for San Francisco office space have been nipping at the heels of Manhattan costs for months, and San Francisco is expected to officially surpass Manhattan to become the most expensive market in the country by next year. This would mark the first time that San Francisco is more expensive than New York since the dot-com era in 2000.
