After many stalls, the long-delayed condo project proposed for 490 South Van Ness will finally get its hearing at tomorrow's Planning meeting. As you recall, the project aims to turn an old gas station site into a seven-story mixed-use building with 72 condos and retail. The original hearing date last month was postponed to give the project sponsor more time to chat with neighborhood groups (again) that have voiced their opposition to Supervisor Campos (again).
