Like everything else in this city, San Francisco's first cat café has been delayed by cost overruns and the demands of code requirements. Last week KitTea's cofounders asked their Kickstarter backers to help raise another $100,000, which will go toward securing their Hayes Valley lease and funding the build-out for health code compliance.
