A new mini-park is coming to Guy Place in Rincon Hill, and for the public art component, the San Francisco Arts Commission is totally open to all proposals that look and act like a cut-metal fence. Nevertheless, there are some interesting options, including one called Geologic Ghost, which commemorates the part of Rincon Hill that was removed in the late 19th century to make way for the Second Street corridor.
