Sexy South Beach Loft Drops Ask, Nearly Back at 2007 Price

New, 1 comment

This one-bedroom South Beach loft looks to have it all, from high ceilings to exposed brick and timber. It clocks in at a rather roomy 1,043 square feet and comes with one valet parking spot. However, the property, which went on the market in June for $839K, has failed to find a buyer and just dropped its price by $40K. The new $799K ask is barely above its 2007 sale price of $775K. The loft is located in the Harbor Lofts building, which was transformed from a warehouse to housing way back in 1996 and thus lacks some of the common condo amenities of today, like a roof deck or other common space. There is also a two-bed in the building on the market for $899K, which may have hurt this one-bedroom's prospects.
