Last month we answered an Ask Curbed about a boarded-up old auto shop at 7th Street and Brannan, bringing news that it would soon be home to a new 40-foot-tall commercial building with five tenants. Now the architects, Levy Design Partners, have provided us with a shiny new rendering. Still no word yet on who the tenants are, just that they'll most likely be restaurants and cafés. If all goes according to plan, the building should be ready for trendy sandwiches and fair trade/organic/local/handpicked/whatever coffee by next summer, but you can get in line anytime you want.
