When Yerba Buena's luxury condo building One Hawthorne went to market back in 2010, the burst of the housing bubble still cast a long shadow over San Francisco. One Hawthorne was, in fact, the only new tower to open that year. Of course, everything is very different now, and a two-bed, two-bath unit on the 24-story building's 22nd floor has just listed, asking a very healthy $1.795M. That ask puts the condo at $1,152 per square, well above the city's current median price of $953 per square for condo resales. The unit itself comes with a balcony, quartz countertops, and Nordic ash floors, while the building boasts a 4,500-square-foot roof deck, a top-notch fitness center, and valet parking. There are also great views of all the other under-construction towers that will soon be joining One Hawthorne in the neighborhood.
