Although the construction of 33 new condos at 35 Dolores has been under way for more than a year, there hasn't been much sales buzz around the condos yet. This week, that changed as registration opened at the development's website and a Twitter feed launched. The condos may be finished as early as this fall, so get ready to hear lots more about this mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units on the former site of two auto shops. The four-story development designed by Levy Design Partners will also include plenty of parking and more than 3,300 square feet of common space.
