The Mid-Market office building that houses Zendesk and online dating company Zoosk has just been flipped by its owners for almost $20 million more than it sold for in late 2012. The six-story, 111,497 square-foot building on Market near 6th Street is 94 percent leased and is popular for its high, exposed ceilings and flexible spaces. It sold for $26 million in July 2011, again for $42.5 million in 2012, and now for $61.3 million. [SF Business Times]
