A new outdoor public art exhibit in the Mission this summer will take over outdoor advertising space, replacing ads with contemporary art inspired by the California coast. Billboards, bus stops, and buses will become works of art by artists with ties to California. The exhibition, titled Way Out West, launched last week and will be up until August 17. [The Bold Italic]
