The court battle being waged over public access to Martins Beach will head into its final round this week. Lawyers for billionaire venture capitalist Vinod Khosla, who owns the only public access road to the the beach, and the Surfrider Foundation will make their closing arguments in the next few days. A ruling, however, will most likely not happen for several more weeks. [SF Business Times]
