Very Expensive 1-Bedroom Cuts Price Again, Lists As 2-Bed

New, 2 comments

The very fancy condo 2A at 1001 California Street, perched at the top of Nob Hill, first went on the market a year ago. Asking $3.5 million, it was at the time San Francisco's second most expensive one-bedroom for sale. It then underwent a few price cuts before delisting back in March. Now, the half-floor condo is back on the market at a new lower price of $2.93 million and, more interestingly, listed as a two-bedroom. The 1,910 square-foot unit, according to the listing, was remodeled as a one-bedroom, but can be turned back into a two-bed by repurposing the library. The views of the Pacific Union Club, Huntington Park and Grace Cathedral are all extraordinary, and the apartment is located in a famed Beaux Arts building. HOA dues are $2,670 per month. · $3.5M Will Get You SF's Second Most Expensive One Bedroom [Curbed SF]
