Dugoni School of Dentistry Conversion Before Planning Board

New, 1 comment

The old Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific is set to turn condos if all goes according to plan at today's Planning Commission hearing. The project will convert the existing eight-story building and add two floors on top, plus construct 10 new townhomes on the vacant parking lot, for a total of 76 units and 98 parking spots. They'll be big family-sized condos ranging from 1BRs to 4BRs, with the project sponsor opting to pay the Affordable Housing Fee instead of having affordable units on-site. There's been tons of support for the design by Handel Architects (of NEMA and many other SoMa towers fame), so it looks like a slam dunk. · Conditional Use Application - 2155 Webster (pdf) [SF Planning]
