One of San Francisco's Famous Painted Ladies Finally Sells

New, 10 comments

The famous painted lady on the corner of Steiner and Grove streets and across from Alamo Square Park has finally sold after being on the market since March and taking an axe to its asking price. The 5-bed, 4.5-bath, 4,692 square foot Queen Anne Victorian was listed in mid-March for $4M. Shoot forward to April and it reduced its price to $3.5M. It went into contract shortly after, and finally sold today for $3.1M, or $900K under its original asking price. · Painted Ladies' Corner Sister Hits the Market (Again) [Curbed SF]
