As Pinterest looks to move its offices into the Design Center at 2 Henry Adams Street, Supervisor Malia Cohen has introduced new legislation that would require the building's landlord to ensure all existing tenants at the building have new spaces to move into. The bill would give the landlord 18 months to find the tenants new offices. Even before the new legislation was proposed, the landlord, RREEF, had committed $3 million to help current tenants move into another building at 101 Henry Adams Street that they also own.
