$1M Noe Valley Teardown Transforms Into $3.4M Modern Home

New, 3 comments

Back in late 2012, a modest Noe Valley 2-bedroom home came on the market for the first time in 60 years asking $799,000. Its prime location on Diamond Street near 27th led to a final sales price of $1.05 million, or $251,000 over asking for a house that needed plenty of work. A developer called Eastwood completely rebuilt the house as a brand-new, contemporary space with a boxy exterior and, of course, an open plan interior. The new house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It went right back up for sale upon its completion for $3.425 million, which is $2.375 million more than the old house was worth, and appears to already be under contract.
