What $2,800/Month Rents You in San Francisco

New, 4 comments

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour San Francisco's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. This week, we're investigating apartments listed for $2,800/month. You tell us which lease you'd sign.

↑ In the Upper Haight, this 1-bed, very white apartment is asking $2,795/month. There are hardwood floors throughout and it's a stone's throw from Buena Vista Park. The kitchen appears to have absolutely no counter space and there's no mention of a pet policy.

↑ The Outer Richmond, has the largest apartment on offer, this 2-bed, 1 bath going for $2,750/month. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and there's coin-operated laundry in the building. No pets allowed and the building is no smoking.

↑ This Bernal Heights, one-bedroom is asking $2,750/month. It's compact but lovely, with a bedroom separated from the living room by French doors and a shared backyard. No mention of specific pet policy, but it does say that the owner lives upstairs with his dog, who is pictured in the backyard shot.

↑ In The Marina, a large, 754-square foot studio is asking $2,750/month. It's in a beautiful art deco building on Pierce Street, but offers little else in the way of amenities. There's no laundry on-site and no pets allowed.
