The 26 condos about to hit the market at 870 Harrison have been a long time coming and have gone through an array of different designs since their original inception. The latest rendering is from the website of The Mark Company, which will be handling marketing and sales. It shows the building, which has long been brown in renderings, now appearing to be white, although most other elements have remained the same. Approvals were gained way back in 2009 but construction didn't start until last fall. The building once featured balconies along Harrison that were replaced by bay windows in the last round of design changes. PDR-restricted commercial space is still set to occupy the ground floor and elements like a rooftop garden have stayed. Sales are set to start this summer.
