Rising Decade

New, 2 comments

PropertyShark has compiled data from a decade's worth of San Francisco home sales to show where prices have risen the most since 2003. Standouts with rises of 40% or more include Yerba Buena, Dogpatch, Mission Dolores, Eureka Valley and Westwood Park. North Beach, the Outer Richmond and Parkside have shown only mild increases, while prices in southern neighborhoods like Hunters Point, Candlestick Point and Bayview Heights have seen significant decreases.
