This Bland Condo is SF's Priciest 1-Bedroom Per Square Ft

New, 1 comment

This 1-bed, 1.5-bath condo is at the very fancy Four Seasons, but otherwise it's not exactly a stand-out. The space itself is long, narrow and a bit dark, with low ceilings and windows only at one end. The bedroom and bathroom seem to belong in a hotel. However, this condo just came on the market asking $1.65 million, which, given that it is a mere 1,004 square feet, means that it is asking $1,643 per square. That is the most expensive price per square foot of any one-bed for sale in San Francisco right now. Of course, it seems like a bargain compared to the building's penthouse, which is looking for more than $3,000/square. Living in the Four Seasons means access to amenities like 24 hour room service, laundry and housekeeping, but it also means paying HOA dues of $1,864 per month. The one-bedroom last sold for $999,000 back in 2009 after lowering its price numerous times from an initial starting point of $1.695 million. It tried to sell early last year, but failed to find a buyer. · Four Seasons Penthouse Lists for 8 Figures, $3k+ Per Square [Curbed SF]
