The Richmond is making a pitch for tourists to visit with a newly formed partnership between the district's merchants and property owners and the San Francisco Travel Association. The neighborhood will be stringing lights in trees along Geary Boulevard, hanging banners to promote shops and destinations, and beautifying storefronts.
