Personal finance start-up NerdWallet just signed a lease for 45,739 square feet at 901 Market Street. The new space can hold up to 350 workers and includes and 8,000 square foot balcony overlooking Market Street. According to the broker behind the deal, the space was the last contiguous block of its size along Market Street. [SF Business Times]
