The Chronicle has done a deep dive into the nearly 5,000 San Francisco spaces listed for rent on Airbnb. They found that two-thirds were entire houses or apartments and that at least 160 of these appear to be rented full time. Entire homes and apartments averaged a price of $226 per night across the city, and the densely populated Mission has the most Airbnb rentals of any neighborhood. [SF Chronicle]
