New condo construction prices continue to post big year-on-year price increases, with the stats for May showing a 14% rise from the same time last year. However, prices were only up 1% month-on-month over April. The biggest change came in inventory, with a 66% year-on-year rise as new units at Arden, Millwheel North and Vida all became available.
