Even billionaire venture capitalist Vinod Khosla is shocked by the price of housing in San Francisco. While helping a friend look for one-bedroom apartments in the city, Khosla came to the conclusion that housing in virtually unaffordable for many people between San Francisco and San Jose. He thinks that technology will continue increasing the wealth gap and that higher tax rates are the only way to fix a growing disparity. [SFGate]
