New 69-Condo Project Breaks Ground in Hayes Valley

New, 3 comments

A six-story, 69-unit condo project at 388 Fulton Street in Hayes Valley broke ground yesterday. The building, designed by David Baker, will feature a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units. It is being developed by new company 7x7 Development, which bought it, along with design plans and consultant contracts, back in April for a reported price of $11 million. The .29 acre site sits only two blocks from City Hall and is located adjacent to the Boys & Girls Club clubhouse now under construction. There will be ground-floor retail and no parking. When the units are ready, The Mark Company will be handling sales and marketing.
