Developer Tishman Speyer is in final negotiations to acquire land that it needs to build a 400-unit condo high-rise at 100 Folsom Street in SoMa. The company already has some of the land that it needs, but must add the publicly owned parcel at 235 Main Street that comprises about 60 percent of the block it wants to build on. A meeting of the Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure next week will determine how the deal moves forward. [SF Business Times]
