The Wilson, aka 973 Market St. in Mid-Market, is ready for its close-up. The seven story building just completed an extreme makeover to convert the historic structure built in 1904 into 67 apartments, a combination of studios, one and two bedrooms and lofts. The building had originally housed numerous commercial and educational facilities. The historic facade is still in place and was restored to its original glamour. The building's interiors include exposed brick, high ceilings, original building elements left intact, and a new 2,000 square foot roof deck with dog walk, fitness center, yoga studio and media center. Pricing hasn't been set, but we know the units will be rentals for now. · The Wilson [Official website]
