The sales office for the new Vida condos on Mission Street officially opened last Saturday and condos have started selling. The building, which topped out last month and sits alongside the Mission Theater, will have 114 one and two-bedroom units and 89 parking spots when finished. Each condo will be designed with exposed concrete ceilings and columns, Bosch and Bertazzoni appliances, quartz countertops and porcelain-tiled bathrooms. A model unit in the sales office shows off these features to potential buyers. Sales started at a friends and family event in late March and offers have already gone in on more than twenty units. Pricing for condos in the first release is sitting above $1,000 per square for every available unit. A 494 square feet junior one-bedroom with no parking is listed at $573,000, while the largest 1-bed now available is an 834 square foot with parking for $851,000. A 661 square-ft with no parking is going for $783,000.
All of the 2-beds come with parking and most are priced above $1 million. The cheapest two-bed now available has 872 square feet on the second floor and a balcony for $927,000. The sixth and seventh floors all units currently available are all over $1 million and range from 905 to 1,071 square feet.
