What $3,000/Month Can Rent You Around San Francisco

New, 1 comment

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour San Francisco's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. This week, we're investigating apartments listed for $3,000/month. You tell us which lease you'd sign.

↑ In the Presidio, this 3-bedroom, 1-bath at Baker Beach is asking $3,025/month. The unit is small for a 3-bedroom at just 835 square feet, but you've got the Presidio as your backyard. There's no laundry in the building, but there are hookups if you want to bring your own. Sadly, no pets in this neighborhood.

↑ In the Richmond, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath is asking $2,995/month. It's adjacent to Golden Gate Park and has parking for one car included in the rent. It's situated on the top floor with views of the Golden Gate Bridge, has new cabinetry and countertops (but not appliances) in the kitchen, and hardwood throughout. Laundry in the building; no pets.

↑ In the Outer Sunset, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath is asking $2,900/month. The property was built in 1916 and the unit has some antique charm - brick fireplace, built-ins. There's also garage parking for one car and a back yard.

↑ In the Mission, this 3-bed, 1-bath flat is asking $2,995/month. Before you get too excited about the prospect of a 3-bedroom, know that in this unit, 2 of the bedrooms don't have closets. There is laundry in the unit, but no pets.
