Will This One Bedroom Condo in Pacific Heights Fetch $1M?

New, 6 comments

Clocking in at 1,286 square feet, unit #11 at 3065 Clay in Pacific Heights has just hit the market asking $948K, or $737 per square foot. The 1-bed, 1-bath condo is $213 less per square foot than the neighborhood median of $950. That said, it's still a one-bedroom condo asking close to a million bucks. The question is: Will it sell for more than one million dollars? It's becoming more common for one bedrooms to be listed and sold for more than a million, with the latest happening earlier this month over in the Mission. That particular unit at 3500 19th Street sold for its asking price: $1.399M. But back to 3065 Clay. The building was built in 1910 and its interiors reflect the style at the time. There's decorative mouldings and bay window, but also a rather fabulous and updated kitchen and bathroom. Monthly HOA dues are $330 and there's 1-car parking in the garage. · Mapping the Crazy World of $1M+ One Bedroom Condo Sales [Curbed SF]
