A new parklet in front of Simple Pleasures Cafe on Balboa near 35th Avenue opened over the weekend. The parklet is one of the city's most expensive at a cost of $26,000 and is the second for the Richmond. Another parklet is planned for the neighborhood on Balboa near 6th Avenue in front of Cinderella Bakery, but there's no timeline for that one just yet. {Richmond SF]
