What's Happening at 10th and Irving in the Inner Sunset?

Any news on what's planned for the corner of 10th and Irving? The former Park's Farmers Market building is under construction.Our reader is correct, the building at 1280 10th Avenue is undergoing renovation for a total overhaul. The former grocery store space is being remodeled into a medical office for One Medical Group. The whole building will get a face lift, and the existing residential unit in the back (facing 10th Avenue) will be remodeled into two units with a new roof deck. We couldn't track down any renderings of the new spaces, but it sounds like the building is getting some much-needed touch ups.
