You Actually Can Live in San Francisco for Under $2,000/Month

New, 4 comments

It's been awhile since Micro-dwellings dipped below $2k/month. But while another $2k+/month studio might not surprise anyone in the city at this point, we thought this one might actually be a pleasant surprise. Despite being located basically in the Tenderloin, the studio is located off the street and has big windows, nice hardwood, and a bed-nook that allows you to have a somewhat-separated sleeping and living space. The kitchen has been redone and the bathroom is straight-up charming with marble and a claw foot tub. And it's cat friendly. All for $1,875/month.
