Both Salesforce and Box have signed onto big leases at upcoming notable buildings downtown, and now it looks like both companies are increasing the amount of space that they will take. Box is looking to occupy all 452,000 square feet at 222 Second, up from their original plans for 200,000 square feet. And Salesforce, which had already doubled their initial 300,000 square foot lease at the Transbay Tower, may now be up to 700,000 square feet, or half of the entire 61-story building. [Bisnow]
