Since then, it has been remodeled, with walls, a fireplace and interior French doors torn down to create a new open floorplan. A completely redone kitchen has a new marble island and appliances, and one of the new bathrooms features a soaking tub. Even the laundry room was fixed up and given new storage. Back in 2012, garage parking spots cost an additional $95,000 each on top of the purchase price, but now two are included. The property just sold for $2.4 million, which is $1.342 million over its last sale price.
