Dogpatch Condo Project Has Renderings, Looks for Approvals

A few weeks ago, Curbed brought news of a new condo project slated for 3rd Street between Mariposa and 18th. Now the 2051 3rd Street project is ready to go to the Planning Commission for approval, and they've provided a bunch of new renderings. As you recall, the project will demo some commercial buildings to make way for a six-story, 68' building with 94 units (with 11 affordable on-site), 730 sq.ft. of ground floor retail, and 74 parking spots. The design is a tag-team with Jon Worden Architect and BDE Architecture, and they've provided some old-school beautiful hand drawn renderings. There hasn't been any opposition, and the planning department is recommending approval, so it looks like a go. · Large Project Authorization – 2051 3rd Street [SF Planning]
