The proposed condo project for 2051 Third Street got continued back at a March Planning Commission hearing so the project sponsors could get additional feedback from neighbors. Now it's been rescheduled for tomorrow, where the Commission will vote whether to approve the six-story, 68' building with 94 units (with 11 affordable on-site), 730 sq.ft. of ground floor retail, and 74 parking spots.
