After obtaining a $58 million loan, Emerald Fund is ready to start construction on a 162-unit apartment building at 101 Polk Street in the Mid-Market area. Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, the 13-story building will have studios, one- and two-bedroom units. There will be inclusionary affordable housing units on site. [SF Business Times; Curbed SF]
