The areas in San Francisco that are seeing the largest increases in home sale prices per square foot are often the same ones that are seeing the largest rent jumps. A map showing changes in median home sale prices by neighborhood looks very similar to the recent map from online rental company Zumper that breaks down rent increases by neighborhood.
