The building will have 15 two-bedrooms ranging from approximately 1,040 square feet to approximately 1,220 square feet, 9 two-bedroom town homes from approximately 1,560 square feet to approximately 1,840 square feet, and 3 three-bedroom town homes from approximately 2,345 square feet to approximately 2,570 square feet. The units are spacious, and some are two or three levels (including private roof decks). The Mark Company is handling sales, though the sales launch won't be until spring.
