Now that future developments 333 and 345 Brannan Street have both been gobbled up by Dropbox, 500 Townsend Street may be South Beach's next hot office project. The 1.25 acre site is currently for sale, and comes with a completed environmental impact report, and zoned for up to 300,000 sq. ft. of office space. Its location near the future Central Subway, the Caltrain station and the 6th Street ramp to I-280 is expected to give the site an additional boost. [Curbed SF/SF Business Times]
