First Look at Central & Wolfe's New Silicon Valley Campus

New, 3 comments

HOK Architects have revealed designs for a massive 770,000 square foot commercial campus down in Sunnyvale. Much like the hotly anticipated Apple HQ, the Central & Wolfe project will replace an unsightly set of sprawling cookie-cutter buildings and their surface parking lots with a curvy modern edifice surrounded by greenery. The transit-accessible campus will be located just between the Lawrence and Sunnyvale Caltrain stations, and will achieve LEED platinum certification. The developers hope the lush new campus will attract plenty of interest from tech startups desperate for space in an ever more competitive Silicon Valley commercial real estate market. That being said, whoever snatches up space in the building will have to wait until March of 2016 to move in.
